Absolutely amazing experience!I went to Atma Wellbeing last Saturday with intense sciatic nerve pain, and booked a remedial massage with Steph. I honestly wasn’t expecting such fast relief, but Steph worked her magic — she literally took my pain away with her hands. Her technique, care, and attention to detail made all the difference. I left feeling like a new person, and I’ve been pain-free since. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

As a professional soccer player i use to get massage everyday at my training days, but first time I tried remedial/lymphatic massage and had an amazing experience with Kerry. Today I visited for a 90min treatment.I am also a trained massage therapist & have studied lymphatic drainage also.Kerry undoubtedly, gave me the most fantastic treatment in lymphatic drainage I have ever received- this is saying something, as I do indulge a fair bit with massage therapy for myself- it’s my one indulgence.I was a little surprised to see that Kerry was a male therapist- not that I was worried at all, but my concern is cellulite. He was thorough & had an extensive understanding on how to treat my condition!I urge anyone to try this incredible place & ask for Kerry! 10 stars!Jo x

I just had a remedial massage at Atma Wellbeing and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The space is incredibly inviting, clean, and tidy.everything is well-organised and exudes a sense of calm. The atmosphere really helps you relax as soon as you walk in.As for the massage, it was amazing! The therapist Erika was incredibly skilled, and I could feel the tension melt away with each movement. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, and the relief in my muscles was instant. The massage with Erika was excellent and highly recommended. However, the experience was marred by the lack of clarity in the pricing. When booking through the mobile website, the fees table is somewhat hidden, and when selecting to book a session, a fee is displayed which (if you haven’t seen the fees table) you would think is the final fee as nowhere else it’s indicated it is not, When I finished the session, the final charge was a surprise, as what I had paid through the mobile website was only an initial deposit.I recommend improving the way the prices are presented on the website to avoid confusion.

I recently had a pregnancy massage at Atma Wellbeing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The highlight was their incredible pregnancy pillow, which allowed me to comfortably lay on my belly for the first time in 37 weeks. It was the most comfortable I’ve been throughout my entire pregnancy. The staff was professional and caring, ensuring I felt relaxed and pampered. Saura’s unique power touch technique combined with special tools such as a LegPro air compression boots (that made my legs feel ten times lighter) was just what I needed after intense weeks of hard training.10/10 would recommend this business.

Sharing this review on behalf of my mother, who doesn't speak English but came in for a Power Touch session just a couple of hours after she landed from a 24- hour flight. After struggling a lot with the changes menopause put her through and all the extra fluid retention, I knew this would be heaven for her, specially after the long flight.My mom’s words - “This holiday wouldn’t have been the same if I didn’t have the Power Touch session, I feel so much lighter, detoxed and energized and I can’t remember last time I felt like this.” And to not forget, after 5 years of not being able to go to the toilet properly (constipation) because of menopause, she now goes twice a day without ANY problems. She is so happy and so much calmer. And this is only after ONE session. I can only imagine what this does to our bodies on a regular basis. I went for my first power touch session yesterday, my first ever lymphatic draining massage and it was incredible!Saura was very welcoming from the moment I entered and took the time to explain everything to me before she started, if you have any questions or doubts she will take the time to answer you with her beautiful kindness.Saura is an such a kind hearted person, so sweet and so professional and her energy is beautiful !I saw immediate results and felt incredible after the lymphatic drainage. It is sometimes painful but also incredibly relieving. I had the most wonderful experience with Atma wellbeing. After having a cosmetic procedure I was in my first week of recovery which has been quite hard and extremely uncomfortable. My surgeon had provided lymphatic drainage massages with nurses at the clinic which I felt was not beneficial at all. I was in alot of pain and could feel the fluid build up from not having proper massages. I started googling and found this place next door to me. I jumped online and booked in and didn't realise the appointment wasn't until November I almost cried as I was so uncomfortable and I knew I needed something to help relive the pain. I called and spoke with Saura who listened to my concerns with the massages I had been having and offered to try and squeeze me in. I was so grateful she got back to me the same day and I had an appointment the very next day, I was so appreciative already!. The service was amazing I had not felt so relaxed the whole week and even though I was recovering from a major surgery the lymphatic massage was the most comfortable I had been since the surgery. I walked in not being able to move and in pain and walked out feeling close to a new person and that's not exadurating. I woke up the day after my massage and the fluid and pain had subsided so much. I highly recommend Atma wellbeing and the team. Amazing service and really great results.

OH MY GOSH! I am officially addicted! By far the BEST body shaping treatment I have ever had, not only is it enjoyable and relaxing you get results after your FIRST session! I have done numerous body shaping treatments and never gotten the results of the lympathic drainage massage and power shaping! Couldn’t recommend more!! WOW! I had my first lymphatic modelling massage with Saura back in December and was instantly obsessed. Saura is extremely knowledgeable, informative and made me feel very comfortable. She explained the whole process and had what I can only describe as "magic hands". I felt incredible during and after, not just internally but externally too. I felt so light and my body just shrunk after she finished her magic. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great detox massage!

The best body & facial lymphatic drainage I’ve ever had. You can see/feel the difference in your body straight away.My body retains a lot of liquid and Saura’s magic hands helps me get rid of it. I lose 1.5kg - 2kg of liquid every time I see her .She has also saved me a few times with a remedial massage when I had a really bad lower back pain.She’s amazing and have the best energy.I’ve been using her services for almost 2 years now.Highly recommend!

As I explain my experience with Saura I can assure you I am not exaggerating what I am about to say about my experience with her. I live over an hour and 30 mins away and she is more than worth the trip! I’m so glad I found her on google and just leaped because something said try her, she has great reviews and I’m glad I listened to my instincts, I went to Saura completely given up on feeling good and just coming to terms with my swelling and constant discomfort after surgery swelling and general bad circulation from years of not the best lifestyle. Then my first session happened! OMG!!!! She has healing and gifted hands beyond anywhere I have been to get massages and I’ve been to so many places. She did my 3rd lymphatic Brazilian massage today and the difference is incredible but I felt amazing and noticed from my 1st session.My skin/limbs have gone from feeling tight from swelling and so much discomfort as if I had hard cement under my skin, to soft flexible and able to move freely body again! I can’t recommend her enough! She isn’t only amazing with her hands, she has the most beautiful nature and soul I’ve met in this industry and to be honest in general of all people I have met. She makes you feel so comfortable and so cared for! I look forward to my continued treatments and honestly I don’t want to ever stop getting them done by Saura, so maintenance treatments will be a must for me!☺️☺️
