It started with a simple belief
Back in 2008, Saura Rates had a vision that felt almost revolutionary: what if there was a place where you didn’t have to choose between looking good and feeling good? Where aesthetics and wellness worked together, not separately?
As a qualified physiotherapist, Saura had seen too many people suffering in silence, carrying tension in their shoulders, living with constant pain, or feeling disconnected from their own bodies after surgery. She knew there had to be a better way.
So she created one…
Atma Wellbeing was born from that simple but powerful idea: everyone deserves to feel at home in their body. Not tomorrow, not someday — right now.
