Yes, we process instant HICAPS claims for remedial massage with all major Australian health funds. You pay only the gap amount after your session.
What should I expect during my first visit?
We start with a thorough consultation to understand your concerns and health history. Your therapist will explain the treatment approach before beginning. You’ll be properly draped throughout, and we encourage open communication about pressure and comfort levels.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online through our website for instant confirmation, or call us on 0492 967 084. We’re open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm. Sunday appointments are available by special arrangement.
Where are you located and is parking available?
We’re at Level 1, Tower B, 888 Pittwater Road, Dee Why (in the Meriton Retail Precinct). There’s convenient parking in the building and surrounding streets. We’re easily accessible from anywhere on the Northern Beaches.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change, so we ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. This helps us offer the appointment to other clients who need care.
How long are treatment sessions?
We offer 40, 60, and 90-minute sessions depending on your needs and the treatment type. First appointments often benefit from 60 or 90 minutes to allow thorough assessment and treatment. Your therapist will recommend the ideal session length for your goals.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing you can easily remove. You’ll be professionally draped with towels throughout your treatment. For some treatments like sports massage, we may work through light clothing if you prefer.
Can I buy gift cards?
Yes, our gift cards make thoughtful presents for any occasion. They’re valid for 12 months and can be used for any treatment. Purchase online or in clinic, with instant digital delivery available.
Are your treatments safe during pregnancy?
Our prenatal massage is specially designed for expectant mothers, using safe positioning and gentle techniques. We’re experienced in pregnancy care from first trimester through postnatal recovery. Always inform us about your pregnancy when booking.
Do you offer packages?
