What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a portion of your booking deposit may be charged. For cancellations made within 3 hours of your appointment, a full service charge may apply. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to be understanding.
Can this help with cellulite?
Power Touch® can improve cellulite appearance by reducing fluid retention, boosting circulation, and supporting skin texture. But let’s be honest: cellulite is a natural skin structure that most bodies have, regardless of weight or fitness level. While our technique can soften its appearance by addressing fluid retention, we won’t promise complete elimination. What we will promise is you’ll feel more confident in your skin, and that’s genuinely transformative.
What should I do before and after my session?
Before: Drink plenty of water, skip heavy meals right before, and wear comfortable clothing. After: Keep hydrating, avoid alcohol for 24 hours, eat light nourishing meals, and move gently (a walk is perfect). Your body continues detoxifying for 24-48 hours after treatment, so support it with rest and hydration. We’ll give you detailed aftercare guidance during your appointment.
Is there anyone who shouldn't have lymphatic drainage?
While Power Touch® is safe for most people, we don’t treat active infections, acute inflammation, untreated congestive heart failure, active deep vein thrombosis, or active cancer without medical clearance. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please mention these when booking so we can ensure your safety and comfort. When unsure, we’re happy to coordinate with your healthcare provider.
